This paper discusses an observer-based fuzzy control problem for uncertain nonlinear singular systems under Multi-Performance Requirements (MPRs). The approach used in the is to model system using a Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) that can be analyzed linear theories. proposed scheme based on Parallel Distributed Compensation (PDC) and Proportional Derivative (PD) scheme. goal design controller achieves stability of also satisfies Guarantee Cost Control (GCC) constraint while maintaining desired passive constraint. analysis performed Lyapunov theory, sufficient conditions are transformed into Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) form Shur Complement, free-weighting matrix method Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) techniques. LMI then solved convex optimization algorithms. Finally, validated bio-economic demonstrate its effectiveness.
